Send a Secure Email

Please use our two-way email encryption solution to submit confidential information to American Share. All you need is a web browser that supports 128-bit SSL encryption and an American Share Secure Email account.

Step 1: Create An Account

Click the login link to access the Secure Email Message Center. Click the Register button, and supply your email address and a password. You will receive a confirmation message at the email address you provide – simply click the link in the email to complete the process.

Step 2: Send Secure Email to American Share

Click the login link, and sign in using your email address and password. Click the “compose” tab to write and send your secure message.

Step 3: Retrieve Email from American Share

When American Share sends you a secure email message, you will receive notification via standard email. Click the link contained in the notification message to access the Secure Email Message Center, and sign in using your email address and password. Once logged in, you can read your American Share Secure Email, download it to your computer or send a secure reply.
