ASI Board Chair Haley is President and CEO of PostCity Financial Credit Union (CA). She has over 30 years of credit union experience, is a graduate of CUNA’s Financial Management Program and Western Management School, and attended the CUES CEO Institute. Mrs. Haley also serves on various committees in and out of the credit union industry.

Vice Chair Arkills is President and CEO of Silver State Schools Credit Union (NV). He is currently the Board Chairman for the Nevada Credit Union League. Mr. Arkills also serves as Board Director and the Past President / Chairman on the Education Credit Union Council (ECUC) Board of Directors, as well as being on several non-profit Board of Directors, such as the “Nevada Succeeds” Board, and the Fuel Solutions Board. Mr. Arkills is also the 2025 Co-Chair of the Nevada Financial Literacy Council, and a member of the Nevada Credit Union Council.

Ms. Bartolomucci retired from her position as President and CEO of Towpath Credit Union (OH) at the end of 2022. She is a graduate of the University of Akron, as well as the CUES Management Institute. Ms. Bartolomucci has been active in the credit union movement since 1977, having held leadership positions at the Consumer Financial Board as a Chairperson for Credit Unions, CUNA, NCUF, CUES, the Ohio Credit Union League, the Ohio Credit Union Foundation, OCUL Services Corporation (Navatros), and the ASI Credit Union Advisory Council. For three years she was the Deputy Superintendent over 200 Ohio credit unions and American Share Insurance.

Mr. Cuttriss is the President and CEO of Beacon Credit Union (IN). He is a Certified Public Accountant who received his bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Indiana Wesleyan University. He has also completed the Graduate School of Bank Investments and Financial Administration from the University of South Carolina and American Bankers Association Compliance School. Mr. Cuttriss serves as the Supervisory Committee Chair for Corporate One Federal Credit Union (OH), and also serves on the board for Cooperative Financial Association, Inc.

Mr. Miles is President & CEO of MyUSA Credit Union (OH). Mr. Miles serves on a number of credit union related Boards, including Cooperative Business Services, Navatros, Xtend, as well as the Ohio Credit Union Council.  Mr. Miles also serves as the Chair of Excess Share Insurance (ESI).

Mr. Swartzentruber is the President and CEO of Northwest Christian Credit Union (ID). Along with being a graduate of Northwest Nazarene University and Western CUNA Management School, Mr. Swartzentruber has more than 30 years of experience in the credit union movement. He has also served on various America’s Credit Unions and GoWest Credit Union Association committees. He is active in community organizations and has served on the Board of Trustees for Northwest Nazarene University, Rotary and other non-profits.

Mr. Trosclair is the President and CEO of Abbott Laboratories ECU (IL). He has spent more than thirty years in the financial services industry – both in banks and credit unions.  For more than two decades, he has been devoted to Abbott Laboratories ECU. He currently serves as a Director of the Illinois Credit Union League, as well as a Director of the Abbott Laboratories ECU.
