President and Chief Executive Officer

Mr. Adams has been involved in the credit union movement since 1976, and has been President and CEO of American Share since November 1990. In addition to implementing American Share policies, Mr. Adams routinely interacts with member credit unions, regulatory authorities, legislative leaders and other key figures in support of the mission of state-chartered credit unions. A Certified Public Accountant and Certified Financial Planner, Mr. Adams previously served as the company’s Chief Financial Officer and Vice President of Risk Management. He also serves on the Mount Carmel Foundation Board of Trustees and the Finance Advisory Council of his undergraduate alma mater, Bowling Green State University. Mr. Adams holds a master’s degree in business administration from Capital University, and has served as an adjunct professor at three universities.

Vice President of Finance and Secretary/Treasurer

Mr. Robson, a Certified Public Accountant, oversees American Share’s accounting, financial reporting and investment functions. He has been with American Share since 1991, and previously served as a Senior Audit Manager for the Columbus office of Deloitte & Touche, LLP. Mr. Robson received his undergraduate degree in Accounting from The Ohio State University, and has a master’s degree in financial economics from Ohio University. He has served the financial institutions industry since 1977.

Vice President of Information Technology

Mr. Kluth serves as American Share’s Information Technology leader and oversees the central IT organization. He is responsible for all aspects of American Share’s information technology policies, systems, and risk management. Additionally, Mr. Kluth provides vision and leadership for developing and implementing information technology initiatives and directs the planning and implementation of enterprise IT systems in accordance with the company’s mission, core values, and purposes. He has been with ASI since 2000, and has worked in the insurance industry most of his career. Mr. Kluth is a graduate of the DeVry Institute of Technology, and holds a BS in Information Systems for Business.

Vice President of Examination and Insurance

Mr. Loose is responsible for the oversight and management of all of American Share’s underwriting, monitoring, field examination and credit union resolution functions. He also manages the recruiting, training and supervision of the audit and examination staff. Mr. Loose has been with American Share since 1998, and served in various exam and risk management functions, before being appointed Vice President of Examination and Insurance in 2008. A Certified Public Accountant in the state of Ohio, he obtained his undergraduate degree from Bowling Green State University and his master’s in business administration from Capital University.
